About:
Ana and her family wanted to start a dessert business of their own so in November 2002, we applied for a license to bake out of a commercial kitchen and started to offer homemade style baklava (see below) and bundt cakes to local delicatessens and coffee shops. As business grew, we added new items to the list such as 19 different flavors of premium cheesecakes, flourless tortes, tiramisu, tres leches, and deluxe carrot cakes. Now, we not only sell to local restaurants and country clubs but use our desserts for fundraisers that are offered to schools, churches, and any non-profit organizations that need to raise money.

Ana’s cakes have been well accepted by the community for their premium quality and freshness. We use only the finest ingredients to make our desserts.

We deliver all the desserts from our commercial, fully licensed, approved and insured kitchen to your door for your convenience..
The Story of Ana’s Baklava

Ana’s grandparents were born and raised in Bethlehem until they moved to the Americas in the early nineteen hundreds. Ana’s maternal grandmother gave her eldest daughter the family recipe for baklava. The recipe for this Middle Eastern delicacy was in turn passed on to Ana from her own mother.

Ana’s family recipe is unique in that it differentiates itself from other Middle Eastern and Greek-style baklava that relies on a lot of heavy honey. Ana’s baklava instead uses a lighter honey and spice syrup.

Today, Ana’s Cakes and Pastries makes its baklava using only the finest pure Colorado Rocky Mountain honey with flavor enhancing spices poured over layers of real buttered Athens® fillo dough and crushed California walnuts then baked to a golden perfection at the foot of America’s mountain, Pikes Peak.

Neither too sweet nor too sticky, Ana’s baklava is just right. After your first bite of this delicious treat you will find you can’t resist the temptation of coming back for more!
